Ordering

You can order our books in
two ways:

- Ordering
by e-mail.
Simply send us your order by e-mail including your contact info
(name, e-mail, telephone, address and your order). Your mail
will be replied as soon as we receive your order.
- Ordering by using
our shopping cart. Simply use "Add to cart" link
and fill in the contact form. You will then receive our e-mail
including the details of your order.

| Payment Options
|
| For payment methods, we
use the following services.
|
- Wire transfer: If you
choose to pay by wire transfer in the shopping cart, we will send
our bank accounts to you when we receive your order. For orders in Turkey, we
prefer wire transfer, because it is user-friendly and
easy to use, available 24 hours, accessible all over
the world, controlled by you
and secure.
- Western Union:
Western
Union is a method of transferring cash from person to
person in minutes. It is available in over 200
countries and territories worldwide.

- Make sure to receive our reply
to your order mail before you pay for your order.
- Please remember to type "book
order" when you transfer money for
your orders.
- The currency used in the
shopping cart is EURO, but you can also pay in TL and USD. To convert to another form of
currency we recommend using Yahoo's
Currency Conversion Tool
- Your
banking order must be given to your bank within the 5 working days on the
bank account, following your order. If
not, we will have to cancel your order.
- Please
remember to add shipping price to the total amount for international orders.

Shipping info
|
| When we see your
payment on our account, we will begin shipping your order and you will be
notified via email.
Important notes:

- Shipping is at customer's
expense.
- Most orders are shipped within
24 to 48 hours.
- For orders in Turkey, we use Aras
Kargo (www.arascargo.com) Shipping charge is paid at delivery.
- Outside Turkey, we send orders
by airmail, which takes about a week or ten days. Shipping charge is included in payment. You
will be informed about the mail price in our reply mail.
- We keep all of the books listed
on our website in stock at all times, and should be able to ship it out
within 24-48 hours. If for some reason we do run out of an item, we will
contact you to let you know.
