You can also order by email.
Please remember to add "Book Order" in the title of
your email, your name, address, email, telephone and your
order.

Currency
|
|
The currency in the shopping
cart is EURO, but you can also make the payment in TL or
USD. See

Shipping
|
|
The cart doesn't calculate the
shipping for orders in Turkey because the shipping is paid at
delivery by the payer. If you order outside Turkey, please
make sure to choose "international" in the cart so
the cart calculates the shipping expense. The shipping fee for
the first book you order is 3.50 EURO and 1.35 EURO for the
following books.

2. PAYMENT
|
|
You can choose the payment method in the
shopping cart. The payment methods we use are wire transfer, Paypal or
Moneybookers.

Wire Transfer
|
|
We prefer wire
transfer for orders inside Turkey. If you choose wire transfer in
the cart, we will send you our account info page in the order
confirmation mail.

|
|
Paypal
|
|
You can use Paypal for orders from both international and
Turkey.If
you choose to pay by Paypal, you will be directed to Paypal
payment page. If you don't have a paypal account, it is very easy
and free to open one before you make the payment.

|
|
Moneybookers
|
|
Another online payment method we use is Moneybookers, an online payment
service working just like Paypal.
|
|
|
|
Cancellation
|
|
If you choose to pay by
wire transfer, the payment should be made within 5 days,
otherwise your order will be cancelled. Please
contact us if you wish to change or cancel your order.

3. SHIPPING INFO
|
|
Please make sure to choose
"Turkey" or "International" options in the cart,
because the cart only calculates the shipping for international orders.
We usually ship the books within 1-3 business days.

International Orders
|
|
Please choose "International"
in the shopping cart, because the cart calculates the shipping
cost. We ship our books by standard air mail from
Istanbul, Turkey, which usually takes 7-15 days depending on the
destination.

|
|
|
Orders from Turkey
|
|
Please choose "Turkey" in
the shopping cart. The shipping isn't calculated for orders
from Turkey because we ship the books by a cargo firm and the
payer pays for the books at delivery. We use Aras Kargo
for our shipping solutions in Turkey.

|
|
Shipping Fee
|
|
Shipping is at customer's expense.
|
|
|
|
Stock
|
|
We keep all of the books listed on
our website in stock at all times, and should be able to ship it out
within 24-48 hours. If for some reason we do run out of an item, we
will contact you to let you know.

4. RETURN POLICY
|
|
If you need to cancel your order please
let us know by email as soon as possible before we ship the books
within 1-3 days. If the book is already shipped or even you are not
satisfied with our books after purchasing, we will gladly take it back
for a full refund of the purchase price of the book.
